Bar Code Support
Bar code readers can be used within every Predator Travelers screen. Traveler Cover pages include traveler, part and operation bar codes. Support for all major bar code reader vendors is included. In addition, support for Dymo label printers is also included to print individual labels or a series of bar code labels. Finally, lists of bar codes can be printed on all laser and inkjet printers.
100+ Reports and Charts
Run the shop floor, CNC programming and overall business better via 100+ professional reports and charts. Reports can be exported to PDF, Microsoft Excel or HTML.
Paperless Manufacturing with shop floor clients
Shop floor clients include seperate setup leads and machine operator viewing. In addition, wizards for first article signoffs are included.
ISO 9000 History
Complete audit trail for every revision of each traveler provides automatic history for every process. Nine security reports detail permissions, users and groups of users and their activities.
Open API and database architecture
Integrate your ERP and MES system with Predator Travelers open APIs (application programming interface) with 300+ methods all fully documented. Develop ERP and shop floor validation, flow part and job numbers from ERP directly into the Predator database. Numerous automation projects can be completed with C#, C++, VB.Net, VB6, VB script, Windows Script, Delphi and other compatible programming languages.
Predator Travelers is based on an open architecture client/server database standard. Select from Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle databases.
Windows application integration with ERP, MES or PLM
Predator Travelers can integrate with Windows based ERP, MES or PLM systems. Over a dozen different command line options can be used to share specific Predator Traveler screens, user credentials and database connections.

Predator Travelers can integrate with browser based or web application based ERP, MES or PLM systems. Over a dozen different command line options can be used to share specific Predator Traveler screens, user credentials and database connections. The browser or web application based ERP, MES or PLM systems can be hosted on premise or in the cloud.
Flexible licensing and purchasing
Predator Travelers supports per PC or floating licensing via one-time purchase or annual subscription. Predator Travelers software starts at $5750 for a one-time purchase or $2500 for an annual subscription. Pricing includes Predator Travelers Administrator for Microsoft SQL Server with Premier Support. Predator hardware, optional clients, implementation, training and professional services are not included with starts at pricing.
