Step by step process for Installation via Download

Step through the following process to install Predator RCM via download:

  1. Download the latest version of Predator RCM
  2. The download may take a minute to complete
  3. Within your browser, click on prcm11.exe and select Show in Folder and a Windows Explorer window will appear
  4. Shift+Right click on prcm11.exe
  5. Select Run as administrator from the right mouse menu
  6. Optionally specify Windows administrator credentials and click Ok
  7. When prompted for a ZIP password type it in and click Ok to start the installation
  8. Step through the installation screens until it is finished and a Predator RCM icon appears in the desktop
  9. Shift+Right click on the Predator RCM desktop icon
  10. Select Run as administrator from the right mouse menu
  11. Optionally specify Windows administrator credentials and click Ok
  12. The Predator registration/upgrade dialog will appear, if not the application will start, select Upgrade from the Options menu
  13. Type your name and company, do not leave these fields blank
  14. Type or copy & paste the serial number and access code from an email or a sticker within the DVD packaging
  15. Select Network ID, USB, Unknown or Floating License Manager (FLM) from the license type pulldown
  16. If FLM, type the name of the server running Predator FLM, or it's IP address
  17. If FLM, type the Ethernet port number configured within Predator FLM, 1024 is the default
  18. Click the Ok button and the Predator RCM splash screen will appear

Step by step process for Installation via DVD

Step through the following process to install Predator RCM via DVD:

  1. Insert the Predator DVD into your PC's DVD drive
  2. With Windows Autorun, the Predator DVD window will appear
  3. Click Install Products and then click Predator RCM and skip ahead to step 8
  4. Without Windows Autorun, run Windows Explorer and select the DVD drive
  5. Shift+Right click on SetupRCM.exe
  6. Select Run as administrator from the right mouse menu
  7. Optionally specify Windows administrator credentials and click Ok
  8. Step through the installation screens until it is finished and a Predator RCM icon appears in the desktop
  9. Shift+Right click on the Predator RCM desktop icon
  10. Select Run as administrator from the right mouse menu
  11. Optionally specify Windows administrator credentials and click Ok
  12. The Predator registration/upgrade dialog will appear, if not the application will start, select Upgrade from the Options menu
